This item is a specially designed bowl to wash rice before cooking Approx 3 ~ 5 Cups Water drains from the bottom and side to clean any starch and debris Can be used for washing other grains ( corn, legumes, barley ) fruit & vegetables Heat resistant to 120 degrees Made from food grade plastic and BPA free Top shelf dishwasher safe Light weight & transparent 24.2 x 21.4 x 10.2 H cm Made in Japan Directions Place rice in the bowl & fill with water, in a circular motion wash the rice.
