A cute resuable ice bag that can be used immediately when filled with ice. It helps provide relief against heat strokes, sprains, toothaches, fever and other minor aches & pains. It has a large water inlet that makes it easy to put ice inside. It can also be used as a hot water bottle, for warming by adding hot water (maximum 50 degrees). 1. Open the cap and add ice and a small amount of water. 2. Remove as much air as possible and close the cap tightly. 3. Apply to the part you want to cool.
