Hana-Mishima, Ginpo's long-running flagship model.The Hana-Mishima series of cookware is intended mainly for household use.
The toban can be used for grilling meats and vegetables over high heat. Earthenware is amazing at withstanding and retaining heat to help achieve the perfect sear on your meat and vegetables. It also makes a very attractive serving plate on the dinner table!

Care and maintenace
After each use, please dry well and keep the claypot pot in a dry space to prevent mold or mildew. For the first 5 uses, please avoid leaving food and ingredients inside the pot after cooking. (This will help to season your pot for many years of use.)
Please also avoid using curry, kimchi or similar seasoned foods for the first 5 times of use. (This will help to prevent discoloration and odors from lingering in the future.)
Avoid soaking the earthen pot in detergent water.
Handwash and rinse only.
