Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use smoke chips with your Ibushi Gin smoker:

    1. Prepare two pieces of 10-12 cm square aluminum foil.
    2. Place a sheet of aluminum foil on the bottom of the pan.
    3. Add a handful of the included chips on top of the foil.
    4. Lift the edge of another sheet of aluminum foil to make a saucer and set it on top of the chip.
    5. Place the Ibushi Gin smoker on the stove and turn on the heat.
    6. After 4-5 minutes, cover the smoker with its lid.
    7. When smoke starts coming out from the groove's edge, pour water into the groove.
    8. Wait for 4-5 minutes and turn off the heat.
    9. Leave the smoker as it is and let it smoke with the residual heat for approximately 20 minutes.
    10. After the smoking process is complete, carefully open the smoker and enjoy your delicious, smoky dish!
