Japanese rice cooked Japanese way

It’s been a long time since I have managed to cook rice properly. I used Japanese rice but couldn’t get it right. Finally, came to the conclusion that I needed good rice cooker. I got back to my old favourite. Yes, now I can enjoy good “Gohan” every day. 1.8L is very big. I can cook rice , divide into two and put one in freezer.
