I like this heart shaped cake tin. Per previous review, it’s suitable for a two egg recipe. I made a five egg chiffon recipe and use half the batter for this heart shaped tin. Another good point is that it is easy to clean.

Perfect size (2 large eggs recipe) to enjoy sweet treats for small families or singles more often. Thick metal composition helps cakes to rise evenly. Cleaning is a breeze with the help of a wooden or bamboo toothpick to get around hard to reach places.
(Also purchased a 17cm mould previously)
