A compact lidded tin for baking square shokupan at home. Its smaller-than-standard size gives a neat, charming loaf with a soft, fluffy crumb, and the tin conducts heat well for an even bake.

The sliding lid locks into place so it will not lift during baking. Leave the lid off to bake a domed, mountain-style loaf instead. The body is aluminium-plated steel reinforced with 18-0 stainless steel.

Features

Sliding lid stays securely closed for sharp, square loaves
Can be used without the lid for a rounded top
Aluminium-plated steel offers good heat conduction and durability
Compact size suits smaller households and ovens

Square Shokupan

I enjoy baking with the Square Shokupan . Bread baked beautifully :) I’m still trying to make it perfect square . Love the pan . The product is very good quality.

Great Shokupan bread tin.

Used the recipe from Just One Cookbook's blog and it surprisingly turned out quite well. Despite not being non-stick the bread came out easily when putting it upside down and a good shake. The quality is amazing as expected from made in Japan products.
