Harukado essential oil diffusers incorporate two potent deodorising agents: phytoncide and kakishibu. Extracted from trees, phytoncide is known for its effective deodorising properties. Kakishibu, derived from persimmons, contains natural persimmon tannin that neutralises odours in living spaces, creating a cleaner, more pleasant environment.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is 14 days upon receiving your order for most items. In the case that you're not happy with the item you received, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. It usually takes up to 48 hours for orders to be dispatched, For express shipments, we try our best to have it sent out on the same day.

Can I ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Most definitely! Most of our parcels are shipped out via Auspost, unless oversized. We'll contact you if we're unable to send your order to your shipping address.

We offer free shipping for orders over $149 and a flat rate of $10 for under that amount. There's an additional charge for large or bulky items which will be calculated at checkout.
