A collaboration between food writer Tsurezure Hanako, the magazine Orange Page and Osaka ironware maker Fujita Kinzoku, this iron deep-frying pot is designed for economical shallow-oil frying at home. The lid doubles as a serving plate, so a dish can be cooked and brought to the table in one piece.
Iron heats evenly and holds temperature well for crisp, consistent results, while the compact 18 cm form keeps oil quantities modest. Supplied as a three-piece set with pot, lid and draining net.

Easy Returns
Changed your mind? You're welcome to return most items within 14 days of delivery — just email support@minimaru.com and we'll walk you through it. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Most definitely! Most of our parcels are shipped out via Auspost, unless oversized. We'll contact you if we're unable to send your order to your shipping address.

We offer free shipping for orders over $149 and a flat rate of $10 for under that amount. There's an additional charge for large or bulky items which will be calculated at checkout.
