Care Instructions:
- Wash gently with neutral detergent before first use; seasoning is not required.
- Do not heat without water or use for stir-frying or deep-frying.
- Avoid rapid temperature changes to prevent breakage.
- Use pot mittens as the handle will be hot when heated.
- Always use a pot mat when placing the pot on a table to prevent discoloration.
- If the pot becomes burnt, simmer water with baking soda for 2-3 minutes, cool, and clean with a melamine sponge.
- Do not use abrasive cleansers, steel wool, or hard metal objects.
- Wash and dry immediately after use to prevent stains or odors.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is 14 days upon receiving your order for most items. In the case that you're not happy with the item your received, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. It usually takes up to 48 hours for orders to be dispatched, For express shipments, we try our best to have it sent out on the same day.

Can I ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Most definitely! Most of our parcels are shipped out via Auspost, unless oversized. We'll contact you if we're unable to send your order to your shipping address.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over $149 and a flat rate of $10 for under that amount. There's an additional charge for large or bulky items which will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs for outside of Australia is calculated at checkou.

We currently ship our products within Australia and New Zealand only.
