Nagatani-en's Kamado-san Donabe Clay Pot is the ultimate tool for cooking rice, stews, braises, and hot-pots. Handcrafted over 2 weeks, this pot is made using soil unique to the Iga Region in Japan and glazed with a high far-infrared effect to help food cook evenly and come out soft and fluffy.

Features:

Double lid design that functions as a pressure cooker and prevents spills.
Made with a unique Iga soil that retains heat and ensures even cooking.
Uses a high far-infrared glaze to help cook food evenly and make rice soft and fluffy.
Cooks rice in about 13 minutes on medium high heat and allows it to sit for 20 minutes.
Handcrafted over 2 weeks by Nagatani-en, the premier producer of Iga-yaki pottery since 1832.
