Bake your own shokupan with this premium shokupan tin made by Tiger Crown. This version uses extra thick steel plate with a thickness of 0.7 mm. This improves thermal conductivity and gets better over the years when seasoned.

It features a sliding lid which is easy to close without worrying about it lifting or coming off.

You can also give your shokupan a nice fluffy top if you remove the lid!

Bought this as it doesn't have a non-stick layer so it will last longer and is safer. Works well, if you want to make shokupan it is an excellent option.
