    Shipping Charges

    Orders within Victoria will be shipped out via Auspost with tracking details.

    Flat rate of $10 or free over $99.

    An additional $10 will be charged for bulky or oversized items and maybe sent via couriers

    Most orders outside of metro Victoria will be shipped out via Auspost with tracking details.

    Flat rate of $10 or free over $149.

    An additional $10 will be charged for bulky or oversized items and maybe sent via couriers<\/p><p>We currently do not ship internationally.

    There's no additional fee for orders picked up in-store

    In-Store Pick up

    We'll contact you once your order is ready to be collected.

    Please note that only the name from the order must match that of the ID

    Please bring the following when picking up your order.

    - Proof of purchase (Email is fine) - Valid proof of ID (We unfortunately cannot accept IDs if they have expired)

    Online orders can be picked up at our store in Clayton Victoria.

    We unfortunately currently do not have pick up points in other locations.

    In-store pick up orders should be ready within the same day, please allow at least an hour for the order to be organised.

    Please note that order pick ups are only available during opening hours.

    Our staff will notify you when your order is ready for collection via email. Available to customers with Victorian addresses only.

    Only the name listed on the order will be able to pick up the order.

    If you're unable to pick up the order or arranging someone else to pick up the order, please contact us ASAP.

    Shipping faq

    If you've changed your mind and wish to cancel your order (or items in your order), you can email us and we will cancel your order (or items in your order), if it hasn't been shipped out yet.

    Please contact us ASAP because sometimes items have already been shipped but tracking details have not yet appeared in the system, in which case we will be unable to cancel your order. A restocking fee may apply, please refer to our refund policy.

    If your order has not yet been shipped, and you would like to add an item, or exchange an item for another item of equal or greater value, we will send you a custom checkout link for the additional payment (if any) to be made prior to shipping your order. No extra shipping charges will be applied.

    We understand that mistakes happen and we want to do whatever we can to make sure you get your parcel. Please contact us ASAP and if we have not yet begun processing your order, we will be able to update your shipping information.

    However, once the shipping process has begun, we cannot change your order or shipping address. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses, unclaimed shipments, undeliverable addresses or any other incomplete or incorrect information provided by you. This means that if your undelivered parcel is returned to us and you would like us to reship it, we will ask you to cover the reshipping costs. If you would like a refund instead, we will refund the purchase price of your product\/s, excluding any original shipping costs paid.

    We're always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can. Most orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days, though there may be some delays around sales and peak periods.

    You'll get a notification when your order has started its journey so you can track its progress.

    Delivery generally takes between 2 to 6 business days between most capital cities. Remote locations my take longer. Please allow additional time on top of this due to COVID disruptions.

    We'll provide tracking for deliveries when the order leaves our store.

    We currently only ship within Australia and NZ.

    Shipping prices to NZ are calculated at checkout.

    Sustainability and reducing our environmental impact is very important to us at Minimaru.

    We do our best to re-use cardboard, air fillers and other packaging materials to give them a second life.

    Fuel Emissions made by deliveries made through our trusted delivery partner Auspost are also 100% carbon offset using certified carbon offsets from Carbon Neutral.
