This new Classic Mishima Japanese Donabe Clay Pot is a modern revision of the original model. The original model was introduced in 1972 by Ginpo, one of the most reknown producer of clay pots. This clay pot has excellent heat retention making it perfect for cooking or enjoying food on the table. The design of the chrysanthemum pattern on the reddish-brown material expresses the "wabi and sabi" of Japanese ceramics. Geature a double-layer construction with a water level line on the inside for easy rice cooking.
