This lightweight, traditional Japanese clay pot is beautifully crafted with a chrysanthemum motif and designed to preserve heat. The pot is made from Banko ware in Mie Prefecture and is ideal for a variety of cooking styles, from hot pots to stews. Its special glaze ensures that it is easy to clean and prevents odours and stains.

Usage Notes:

- Do not expose the hot lid to cold water or surfaces, as this may cause damage.
- Avoid using a dishwasher to prevent mold. Hand washing is recommended.
- It can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer, but allow it to thaw to room temperature before reheating.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is 14 days upon receiving your order for most items. In the case that you're not happy with the item your received, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. It usually takes up to 48 hours for orders to be dispatched, For express shipments, we try our best to have it sent out on the same day.

Can I ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Most definitely! Most of our parcels are shipped out via Auspost, unless oversized. We'll contact you if we're unable to send your order to your shipping address.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over $149 and a flat rate of $10 for under that amount. There's an additional charge for large or bulky items which will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs for outside of Australia is calculated at checkou.
