Easy Returns
Changed your mind? You're welcome to return most items within 14 days of delivery — just email support@minimaru.com and we'll walk you through it. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging with tags attached.

What a great idea this gift bag is. There are so many cool things in there for my young niece, they will keep her happy and entertained for hours, and the value is exceptional, Great job Minimaru.

Don’t bother. A couple of decent products but mainly filler stuff that probably isn’t popular. The list of product brands and types on the website is just a ‘guide’ about what might be provided, not what you will receive. The perils of a ‘lucky’ dip but IMO, spend your money on products you would like to try or already use.

Given CHIPS Japan is known for their wide array of interesting colours and designs, it's somewhat confusing that my bag included such boring items - plain white or a dark, dull brown. Makes me wonder if they are just putting in the items that weren't selling? It might have just been my bag though. I wouldn't purchase again.

While some of the items were cute, there were no studio Ghibli items at all. When I looked it up on your site, there was mention that Studio Ghibli merchandise would be included.

I love this shop to bits and wish there was a store in Adelaide! The lucky bag was extremely good value, I was very happy to see the contents! Midori never fails to make beautiful products that just do exactly what it says it will perfectly, and elegantly.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is 14 days upon receiving your order for most items. In the case that you're not happy with the item you received, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. It usually takes up to 48 hours for orders to be dispatched, For express shipments, we try our best to have it sent out on the same day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Most definitely! Most of our parcels are shipped out via Auspost, unless oversized. We'll contact you if we're unable to send your order to your shipping address.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over $149 and a flat rate of $10 for under that amount. There's an additional charge for large or bulky items which will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs for orders outside Australia are calculated at checkout.
