After the whole trump thing, don't really care where it's made as long as it's good quality, which this is.

Good quality but not made in Japan. Difficult to find any information on small Japanese brands like this but I guess most things are made in China nowadays so I'm not too surprised, but this fact was clearly hidden.

Cute & functional

Looks very cute on counter and love the magnetised scoop, great that it will keep bugs at bay and it's also a nice sensory experience getting the rice out with the hinoki scent. Very well made.

Have sent numerous messages and photos to Minimaru, without response… Unfortunately, despite careful unwrapping, the Rice Storage Container arrived damaged, which was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!!! The damage must have been done before packaging, as it was packaged quite well. Although I didn’t expect the wood to be rather soft too… That being said, it’s still does the job and looks nice enough (as long as the damaged parts are hidden)…

Good but was not listed as sales for VIP Black Friday but are for general public

I bought both products just days before Black Friday sales open to public. During the VIP only invite to Black Friday, these products were not on sale. I was surprised to see them later it was advertised one of the sales products. I am curious shouldn't VIP gets equal sales as the general public? Thanks.
