Slippers with a woven rush midsole, the same igusa grass used for tatami. Rush breathes in a way that fabric and foam do not, so the sole stays dry underfoot through a humid summer instead of turning clammy, and it carries the faint green scent of a new tatami room.

The upper is single-sided suede with a towel cloth lining, soft against bare feet, and the rush sits over a sponge EVA layer so there is still some give underfoot. The EVA outsole is quiet on floorboards. Sizes run from 37-38 through to 43-44.
