    No, Cook-Pal products are NOT dishwasher safe. Please wash the pan/wok with a sponge, rinse well, and dry thoroughly after each use.

    Cook-Pal Ren Woks are our preferred woks for use on IH Induction stovetops due to their thicker heavier base that helps reduce the chance of it warping with high heart.

    However to reduce the risk of the Wok or pan warping, you should first heat the wok slowly on medium heat first and then turning it up to high when it's hot.

    Yes, it's safe to use metal utensils with Cook-Pal Woks, as they are made using nitrided carbon steel and do not have a non-stick coating layer.

    Care and Maintenance

    Please wash the pan/wok with a sponge, rinse well, and dry thoroughly after each use.

    Add hot water into the pan so the burnt food is submerged, and then bring it up to a boil. This should make the residue easier to remove.
