Made in Japan by Yoshikawa, with roots dating back to the Edo era (1850s), the Cook Pal Wok embodies the proud heritage of Tsubame, Niigata, renowned for its traditional metal craftsmanship.
Still made in Niigata today, this unique wok combines Japan's oldest artisanal techniques with modern materials, ensuring superior quality and durability.
The Yoshikawa Cook Pal range stands out with its special high-temperature nitriding treatment that oxidises the entire surface and penetrates into the iron. This ensures that no coating peels off when the surface comes into contact with a metal spatula or brush.
Additionally, it resists rust, prevents sticking, and maintains its integrity without scrubbing away like pre-seasoned woks.
The Cook-Pal Tai is a new line developed by Yoshikawa Co. and manufactured in Niigata, Japan. Made from durable, lightweight, and rust-resistant titanium, this wok makes cooking safe and hassle-free. The 33cm titanium variant is 35% lighter than the equivalent-sized 33cm Cook Pal Ren Iron wok.
