Commercial grade shokupan bread tin made with 0.7mm aluminium plated steel plate.
The thicker walls help provides uniform heating, resulting in an even baking colour.
The side plate is finished with a tri-fold spot welding. Excess moisture from the dough when heated in the oven is released to the outside, allowing for bouncy bread.
