A little disappointed with recent purchase

I recently ordered two ceramic bowls from Minimaru, hoping to receive the original Koneko Kohyo bowls. However, upon arrival, I discovered that they were duplicates. I must express my disappointment with the product not meeting my expectations. While the quality is decent, the misrepresentation has left me unsatisfied with the purchase. I hope future customers receive accurate information about the products they are ordering.

Sorry for the delay in responding to this, there is a degree of separation between manufacturers and Japanese distributors, and it took us some time to confirm that the range was produced by the Kaneko Kohyo Kiln. As we source products directly from Japan, our orders are in bulk with minimal packaging and the packaging may be different from local distributors.

We do sell some other products which are also called 'Rinka', and if we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, please get in touch and we'll promptly resolve it for you!
