The lid also has a built-in drip tray, which allows excess oil to drain back into the pot, keeping your kitchen clean and reducing waste. With this pot, you can easily make delicious and crispy tempura at home.

  • Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaning agents on the pot as these can damage the surface. Instead, use a soft sponge or brush and mild detergent to clean the pot.

  • Always use oven mitts or heat-resistant gloves when handling the pot as the handle and sides can become very hot during use.

  • Do not immerse the iron tempura pot in water or put it in a dishwasher. Instead, wipe it down with a damp cloth or sponge and dry it thoroughly after each use.

  • Store the iron tempura pot in a dry place to avoid rusting.

  • Use enough oil to cover the food, but not so much that the oil spills over the sides of the pot.

  • Always supervise the pot while in use and never leave it unattended on a heat source.

  • The temperature stick is not water proof. Please only wipe clean.
