Minimaru is one of the few authorised resellers of Zojirushi products in Australia, and we are currently working closely with Zojirushi Australia to ensure all products comply with Australia's energy safety standards. Different models of the Zojirushi Rice Cookers will be available soon!

Zojirushi is a Japanese brand, and many of its premium products such as their rice cookers and glass carafes are still made in Japan.
However, some products or parts might be manufactured in other countries like Thailand and China, however, quality of these products are still controlled by Japan.

Cleaning your Zojirushi vacuum flask is simple. Rinse the interior with warm water and a mild detergent, then scrub gently using a soft sponge. Avoid using bleach or chlorine-based cleaners as they can damage the stainless steel. Always let the flask dry completely before reassembling.
You can also use the Marna 3-in-1 Vacuum flask cleaner or Zojirushi's Stainless Steel Pot Detergent.

Most Zojirushi vacuum flasks are not dishwasher safe due to their vacuum insulation technology. It's best to hand-wash these flasks to maintain their heat retention performance and overall lifespan.

While Zojirushi vacuum flasks can technically hold carbonated drinks, it is not recommended. The pressure from carbonation can build up inside the flask, potentially causing it to leak or spray when opened.

Zojirushi vacuum flasks are designed to keep drinks hot or cold for approximately 6 to 24 hours. However, this can vary based on the specific model, initial beverage temperature, and how often the flask is opened.
