Care Instructions
- Handcrafted nature means each piece may show variations in colour, glaze depth, size and thickness.
- Before first use, perform medome (pre-seasoning with rice-water boiling) to reduce staining.
- Soak briefly in clean water before serving to minimise absorption.
- Wash promptly and dry thoroughly before storing to prevent mould or odour.
- For stubborn stains or smells: soak in 1L water mixed with 4 tbsp bicarbonate of soda and 1 tbsp vinegar.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is 14 days upon receiving your order for most items. In the case that you're not happy with the item your received, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. It usually takes up to 48 hours for orders to be dispatched, For express shipments, we try our best to have it sent out on the same day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Most definitely! Most of our parcels are shipped out via Auspost, unless oversized. We'll contact you if we're unable to send your order to your shipping address.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over $149 and a flat rate of $10 for under that amount. There's an additional charge for large or bulky items which will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs for outside of Australia is calculated at checkou.

Do you Ship internationally?
We currently ship our products within Australia and New Zealand only.
