Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is 14 days upon receiving your order for most items. In the case that you're not happy with the item your received, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. It usually takes up to 48 hours for orders to be dispatched, For express shipments, we try our best to have it sent out on the same day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Most definitely! Most of our parcels are shipped out via Auspost, unless oversized. We'll contact you if we're unable to send your order to your shipping address.

We offer free shipping for orders over $149 and a flat rate of $10 for under that amount. There's an additional charge for large or bulky items which will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs for orders outside Australia are calculated at checkout.

Products may be sent out from different locations. If so, shipping charges may be higher, but they will always be shown before payment.

We currently ship our products within Australia and New Zealand only.
