This bread tin has excellent thermal conductivity and durability. The slide-type lid makes it easy to put on and lift, without worrying about it coming off.

Precautions:

When using for the first time, wash the mold thoroughly with a neutral detergent to avoid scratching it.

I enjoy baking with the Square Shokupan . Bread baked beautifully :) I’m still trying to make it perfect square . Love the pan . The product is very good quality.

Great Shokupan bread tin.

Used the recipe from Just One Cookbook's blog and it surprisingly turned out quite well. Despite not being non-stick the bread came out easily when putting it upside down and a good shake. The quality is amazing as expected from made in Japan products.
