Products may be sent out from different locations. If so, shipping charges may be higher, but they will always be shown before payment.

A pre-order reserves a piece that's still on its way to us. You pay in full at checkout, just like any order, and your place in the incoming shipment is secured — there's nothing more to pay later.

Any expected dispatch window we show on a product page is our best estimate from our suppliers — an expectation, not a guarantee. If it changes meaningfully, we'll email you the new window.

If your order also includes in-stock pieces, we hold everything and send your whole order together in one parcel once your pre-order reaches our Melbourne warehouse — prefer the in-stock pieces sooner? Contact us and we'll split the delivery. Shipping is settled at checkout.

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund to your original payment method any time before it ships — just email support@minimaru.com with your order number and we'll process it within 3 business days. We refund the pre-order piece in full; if it was the only item in your order, we refund your shipping too.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
