Uncoated Thick Iron Plate

The Jiu Frying Pan features a 1.6mm thick mill scale steel plate, perfect for cooking ingredients slowly and thoroughly, even on low heat. This ensures a steaks are seared, vegetables that are crunchy, and bread that is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

Thanks to a proprietary hardening and tempering process, no seasoning is required; it is ready to use right out of the box.

This process also makes the pan rust-resistant and stick-resistant, enhancing the natural flavours of your food and providing exceptional taste and quality with every use.

Versatile and Compatible with All Stovetops

The Jiu Frying Pan is designed for versatility, compatible with all stovetops, including induction and gas. For induction cooking, simply heat the pan on low for 2 minutes before use.

With the handle removed, the pan can also be used directly in the oven, offering flexibility for various cooking methods.

Please note the following characteristics of the JIU wooden handle:

The handle is intentionally designed with a slight looseness to protect the natural timber and prevent over-tightening.
Once locked into place, there may still be a small amount of movement. This is normal and does not affect safety or usability.
Due to this design feature, light surface scratches on the metal area may occur during assembly or use. These are considered within the manufacturer’s acceptable range and do not indicate a defect.
Each handle may vary slightly, as natural wood has individual differences in thickness and texture.
