ECOCARAT is a porous ceramic developed by LIXIL that absorbs and desorbs moisture 5 times faster than diatomaceous earth and absorbs water at the same or higher speed.

- Silicone shell around the ECOARAT helps protect your water bottles
- Lanyard atttached so you can hand and store when not in use
- Dry your water bottle well before inserting the drying stick
- Fits bottles with an opening diameter of 28mm or larger.

Dry the product in a well-ventilated place after use
Remove stains by wiping it off with a cotton swab dipped in chlorine bleach, then rinse well and dry thoroughly.
- For severe stains, soak the stain in diluted neutral detergent overnight, then rinse well and dry thoroughly.
- Do not wash with abrasive sponges or scrubbers

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is 14 days upon receiving your order for most items. In the case that you're not happy with the item your received, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. It usually takes up to 48 hours for orders to be dispatched, For express shipments, we try our best to have it sent out on the same day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Most definitely! Most of our parcels are shipped out via Auspost, unless oversized. We'll contact you if we're unable to send your order to your shipping address.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over $149 and a flat rate of $10 for under that amount. There's an additional charge for large or bulky items which will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs for outside of Australia is calculated at checkou.
You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you Ship internationally?
We currently ship our products within Australia and New Zealand only.
