Just received it, the lid of the pot is cracked, they put the blame on NZ Post and ask you to solve the problem yourself.

Then I asked NZ Post, they told me I should contact the seller directly.
I don't know what to do now. Minimaru won't like to solve the problem for the customer, especially if you are overseas.
