- Carbon Dioxide Venting: Designed with a one-way vent, this canister efficiently vents out the carbon dioxide produced inside, sealing off external moisture and enhancing the flavor of your coffee beans.
- Venting and Sealing: Coffee connoisseurs know that the best flavors emerge 5 to 14 days after roasting. After achieving the desired flavor, simply switch to the sealing valve for long-term storage.
- Date Dial: Rotate the inner dial for the month and the outer dial for the day to keep track of when you stored your beans, ensuring freshness.
- Spoon Included: Comes with a spoon capable of scooping approximately 10g of coffee beans. It can be conveniently hung on the side of the canister.
