    No, Cook-Pal products are NOT dishwasher safe. Please wash the pan/wok with a sponge, rinse well, and dry thoroughly after each use.

    Yes, it's safe to use metal utensils with Cook-Pal Woks, as they are made using nitrided carbon steel and do not have a non-stick coating layer.

    Care and Maintenance

    Please wash the pan/wok with a sponge, rinse well, and dry thoroughly after each use.

    Add hot water into the pan so the burnt food is submerged, and then bring it up to a boil. This should make the residue easier to remove.
