A two-loaf (2 kin) shokupan tin with a sliding lid, made from heavier 0.7mm steel plate. The thicker steel holds and spreads heat well, so a long loaf rises evenly and bakes up soft and fluffy from end to end.
The sliding lid closes easily and will not lift as the dough rises, giving a neat square loaf; bake without it for a rounded, mountain-top loaf. The body is aluminium-plated steel with a stainless steel reinforcing rim.
Features
- Thick 0.7mm steel plate for good heat conduction and even baking
- Sliding lid that stays in place as the dough pushes up
- Large two-loaf size for families or batch baking
- Aluminium-plated steel resists rust
