Make beautifully fluffy tamagoyaki at home with this professional-grade Kantō-style copper egg pan from EBM. Copper's exceptional heat conductivity ensures rapid, even heating across the entire surface — the key to achieving the light, layered texture that defines great Japanese rolled omelette.
The interior is tin-coated to prevent copper transfer and create a naturally non-reactive cooking surface. The square 18 cm shape is the traditional Kantō style, ideal for building thick, neatly layered tamagoyaki. Arrives with a wooden handle that requires simple assembly before first use. Gas stove compatible only — not suitable for IH induction.

We offer free shipping for orders over $149 and a flat rate of $10 for under that amount. There's an additional charge for large or bulky items which will be calculated at checkout.
