Heat‐resistant glass Maximum temperature differential: 120℃/248℉ Capacity: 270ml Microwave and dishwasher safe. Do not overheat in the microwave or heat without water. Use only for its intended purposes. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Sudden temperature change may break or shatter the product. While the glass is hot, do not pour cold liquids into it and do not place it on a wet cloth or a wet surface.

Do not use in a dishwasher. Do not soak in water. Discoloration may occur by heat and water drops. Do not use alcohol spray as it may damage the surface coating. Do not place near open flames. Clean the surface with dry or tightly wrung out dishcloth after use. To prevent warpage and the surface from peeling off, please keep the product dry, and avoid vertical storing and direct sunlight. Slight differences may occur being handmade. Color and grain of natural wood varies in each item.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is 14 days upon receiving your order for most items. In the case that you're not happy with the item your received, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. It usually takes up to 48 hours for orders to be dispatched, For express shipments, we try our best to have it sent out on the same day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Most definitely! Most of our parcels are shipped out via Auspost, unless oversized. We'll contact you if we're unable to send your order to your shipping address.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over $149 and a flat rate of $10 for under that amount. There's an additional charge for large or bulky items which will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs for outside of Australia is calculated at checkou.

Do you Ship internationally?
We currently ship our products within Australia and New Zealand only.
