This pocket-sized tool folds a pair of scissors into a protective case not much larger than a pen, with a second, concealed blade built into the case itself for opening boxes and parcels. In this Transparent Mechanism edition, the case is moulded from clear resin, so the locking mechanism and blade sit in full view rather than hidden inside a solid shell.
The scissors lock safely inside the case when not in use and lift straight out for cutting, while the second blade slides out from the body for quickly opening a delivery or a sealed packet.
