How do I send the e-gift card to my intended recipient?
You will only be able to enter one email address during checkout which is where the e-gift card will be sent. It is automatically sent as a link in an email, so if you enter your own email address, you will still be able to simply forward the email, or share the link with your intended recipient.
Can an e-gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Does the e-gift card expire?
No, our e-gift cards do not have an expiry date.
SHIPPING & Delivery
Free shipping on orders over $149 — flat $10 under that. Orders dispatch from our Melbourne warehouse within 1–2 business days.
Large or bulky items may carry an additional charge, and international rates are calculated at checkout — you'll always see the exact shipping cost before you pay.
Easy Returns
Changed your mind? You're welcome to return most items within 14 days of delivery — just email support@minimaru.com and we'll walk you through it. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging with tags attached.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is 14 days upon receiving your order for most items. In the case that you're not happy with the item you received, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. It usually takes up to 48 hours for orders to be dispatched, For express shipments, we try our best to have it sent out on the same day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Most definitely! Most of our parcels are shipped out via Auspost, unless oversized. We'll contact you if we're unable to send your order to your shipping address.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over $149 and a flat rate of $10 for under that amount. There's an additional charge for large or bulky items which will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs for orders outside Australia are calculated at checkout.
You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you Ship internationally?
We currently ship our products within Australia and New Zealand only.
