I ordered it on 27th January and got it on 2nd February on standard shipping ($10). It was packaged well and arrived safely. I used it for the first time yesterday and am pretty happy with the result.
Rice is perfect every time and everything else you can cook and bake is as well.

My old cuckoo rice cooker broke after a year and they didn't want to replace it under warranty so decided to purchase Tiger. Seems a lot better quality for a similar price to the cuckoo, I guess there's a reason why people look for made in Japan.
