A santoku is a Japanese all-purpose kitchen knife. Like a chef's knife, the santoku is used for just about every cutting job in the kitchen. The name means "three virtues". Depending on who you ask, the name refers either to the three types of foods it works well with - vegetables, proteins, and fruit - or for the three types of cuts at which it excels - slicing, dicing, and chopping.
The Manasaya knives are a series of knives with sheaths. They are convenient to carry and useful for outdoor scenes. Since the sheath opens and closes widely, it can be used not only for carrying but also as a simple cutting board. The two locks on the outside and the hook inside the sheath securely fix the knife, allowing you to carry it safely. You can also use it as a mini cutting board by unfolding the sheath.
The handle is slim for a firm grip. It is made of resin with a smooth texture.
Both the knife and the sheath are dishwasher safe. The sheath opens and closes wide, so you can clean the inside and use it hygienically.

What is the return policy?

Can I ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Most definitely! Most of our parcels are shipped out via Auspost, unless oversized. We'll contact you if we're unable to send your order to your shipping address.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over $149 and a flat rate of $10 for under that amount. There's an additional charge for large or bulky items which will be calculated at checkout.

We currently ship our products within Australia and New Zealand only.
